KBSD — K-Beauty Spot Deals is operated by MayTraders Inc. (Room 403, 4F, 10 Ogeum-ro 11-gil, Songpa-gu, Seoul, Republic of Korea; business registration no. 385-81-04167). This page explains what we collect and why. Questions or requests: gerald@maytraders.com.

Browsing

You can view every lot without an account. We record anonymous, aggregated view counts per lot (a random per-browser id, never linked to your identity) and, in production, your country as reported by our CDN. If Google Analytics is enabled it sets its own cookies; decline non-essential cookies in your browser to opt out.

Inquiries

When you send an inquiry we collect the name, email, company, country, message and optional WhatsApp number you enter, plus which lot it is about. We use this only to reply to your inquiry and keep a record of it. An inquiry does not add you to any marketing list. We keep inquiry records for up to 3 years, then delete them.

Deal-alert emails

The deal-alert list is opt-in and separate from everything else. We store your email, the date and wording-version of your consent, your confirmation and unsubscribe timestamps, and where you signed up from. You must confirm your address by email before we send anything. Every deal email has a one-click unsubscribe link; you can also email us to be removed. We do not sell or share the list.

Buyer / partner accounts

If you create an account we store your name, company, country, email, optional phone and a hashed password, used to sign you in and to let MayTraders contact you about your inquiries. Email us to close an account and delete its data.

Sharing

We use a hosting and email provider (JustDeploy / Amazon SES) to run the site and send mail on our behalf. We do not share your data with anyone else except where required by law. Other buyers never see your identity, and buyers cannot contact each other.

Your rights

You can ask us to show, correct or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to stop using it, by emailing gerald@maytraders.com.
